Sales team is okay, bought a new outback from them but very little effort to help me or recommend upgrades that might be helpful for travelling up the Dempster. We had an outstanding experience with Whitehorse Subaru Service Department. The Service Advisors were very helpful and thorough on explaining the problem. The Service Manager was very helpful with getting our car scheduled in and making sure we were back on the road in a couple of days. The Technician was very helpful and thorough with trying to figure out what the problem was. Took my 2016 Forester in to get a block heater installed. Mechanic stripped 10 bolts and charged me $6 a bolt.

We had several great experiences at Subaru of Whitehorse in August 2024. My wife and I were on a trip of a lifetime traveling from Alabama to Alaska. Unfortunately our camper started having problems with the diesel emissions system which limited us to a crawl mode.
