Poor service at Whitehorse Subaru. Unauthorized charges and new issues appeared after service. Staff were unhelpful and insisted on more fees. Would not recommend.

It’s not bad, but it’s not great either. Used their car rental service for a 2 weeks vacation across Yukon. Ended up booking with them after reading reviews of other rental companies handing out cars in very poor condition (windshield cracks, worn out tyres…) and this one had some positive reviews about their rental service. Hence my disappointment when I was handed over a car with a mileage at over 150’000km and windshield cracks - not very reassuring when you are about to visit some remote areas knowing roadside assistance... read more
Had an amazing experience with buying my partner and I’s first new vehicle together. Austin (office manager) was amazing and more than happy to go above and beyond for us. Love the transparency and directness. Would highly recommend to anyone!!
