20 minutes on hold simply to make an appointment. Hold music is loud and distorted. It takes a full minute on the phone just to get to the option to make an appointment and there's no other way to contact a human. They obviously are busy enough to treat their patients this contemptuously; they don't care about us, just their convenience. PART TWO: I just spent 8 minutes as caller 4. I am a life long patient here and the service the last five plus years is horrible. The wait is weeks to months to see a doctor. The worst part is when you wait on phone for almost an hour to get an appointment, if they don’t want to answer a question they just hang up on you. The state of healthcare in this clinic is embarrassing. Sadly we have no alternatives. “Use the hospital” is a common answer you will get from the appointment desk clerk.

They never answer the phones. Been on hold for 30 minutes still waiting to talk to someone since they opened.
