satisfied with the car itself but won't recommend the dealership if you are looking for good customer service and smooth communication. Poor communication, poor cusromer service, i was ghosted as I was enquiring about a vehicle via text message and I was promised photos of the car as there was none on their website! No one seems to care about feedback, felt like they didn't know about the car much either. Horrible cleaning and detailing job on delivery of the car.
I had a decent experience buying the car. However, the customer service has been horrible since then. I brought my car in with some issues and the maintenance staff just told me that's how the car is and there's nothing they can do. I've reached out numerous times since then and they completely ignore me. I will never buy from this dealership again.

I am unsatisfied with the service i have had with my kia I took it in befor for a service and they did more on my car and didnt let me know and charged me for it which they aren't supposed to do and I have had my.car for 2.years on a lease and have full warranty and took it in because something is wrong and they re still trying to charge me
Great car buying experience. Not pushy and without a lot of sales games they sold me a new car. I do have to wait 2 months but that's ok.
