Came over today and the lady was very rude. I still don't understand why...
Always fixes what needs to be done no problems there good.
No calls back as promised. Came up to Whitehorse for 13 days to clean up my fathers apartment on Hanson St . I flew up from Vancouver Island. Not once did anyone call or stop by to see the place , see if we needed contacts to remove refuse or where to leave the key . Very strange way of doing things . Can’t blame being short staff all the time. Human compassion costs nothing.
Nothing broken ever gets fixed. Still waiting on a tiny part for my dryer, since 2020!!@@!
