I was very nervous to start CrossFit because they are usually very athletic, and I am anything but. However, from the moment I walked in to ask questions everyone was so nice and welcoming. Coach Keisha made me feel right at ease. Even during workouts I never feel as if I’m not doing enough, I feel celebrated that I’m even there doing anything. Highly recommend this place. Just try it out.
I love WhiteHorse CrossFit because every coach helps with form, questions, and goals. Each one is there for you and motivates you to be the best version of yourself. This is my 4th week going and I feel stronger and more confident with lifting.

Very welcoming community! From my first class to now, the coach’s make an effort to correct form and ensure that lifts are executed in the safest fashion so that PR may be earned without injury. Programming is enjoyable
The Coaches at Whitehorse are amazing, knowledgeable and well trained, and will work with you regardless of your fitness level and age. The Members support and encourage you and make you feel welcome. CrossFit has challenged and push me through physically and mentally. As a new member, I’m looking forward to continuing my journey at Whitehorse and a healthier life in my 60’s!
