The view of the mountains at Whitehorn Bistro in Lake Louise was absolutely stunning and was the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the rib dish was a huge disappointment. The presentation wasn’t appealing. It came with only a few pieces of asparagus and some mashed potatoes, but when the plate arrived, all I could see was a large amount of fat covering the meat.
