I've been a patient of Dr. Chang's for about 6 years and have been treated poorly almost the entire time. He is frequently dismissive and short tempered. When my wife and I try to advocate for one another, he becomes defensive and it is impossible to accomplish anything. I’ve been a patient here for 30 years. I’ve always had to wait to see my doctor but over the past 3 years it’s gotten worse. I’ve waited over an hour in the waiting room many times. I’ve gone to booking virtual as much as possible so I can at least wait at home because I still wait over an hour. I don’t understand this time management issue. It’s very frustrating and actually, it’s a joke and I’m not laughing. It’s rude to be kept waiting so long. My time is as valuable as the doctor’s is.
The transition from my original family doctor to one that’s never in office and doesn’t know how to send a script. 5 weeks of no renewal . Was told today that if I haven’t been seen within the year. Can’t. When did I receive a call with that information? Must have received it on Saturn. The medication that I take stops me from killing myslef, I would love to say I swallow them for the flavour though. I have also requested my files to remove myself from this office. Still nadda.
I’ve been a patient here my whole life when they were located in Sherwood mall, when Dr.Pupukna was still a doctor and unfortunately, the long wait times have become a consistent issue since being in the new building. My most recent appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, and I was left waiting for 1 hour with no update or explanation — and this isn’t the first time.
