Had nothing but hassle with this surgery. Can never get appointments or advice from Dr’s (I thought this was normal until moving surgeries). You can call when they open and they don’t have BOD’s as well as them ‘not doing pre-bookable appointments’. I visited the surgery after not going for a while to be told I was no longer a client/patient due to me no longer being in the catchment area and that Bedgrove was mine (I hadn’t moved address and neither had the surgeries). Every breath feels as if it is her last breath. First major health issue we have in our little family in the last decade. My wife has one of the biggest fibroids seen by at least two specialists. Over 20cm in her pelvic floor. Since I have joined this surgery because of my wife. I am unable to book an appointment and always end up. Using 111. They need to shut this place down not fit for purpose.

Absolutely had enough of this surgery its about time it got shut down! Ive been trying to get my prescription for days and the receptionist well rude so rude disgusting customer service to patients and even more annoying because i have to keep buying my meds or phone up 111 or go to another hospital to pick them up for emergency shouldn't have to if it wasn't for 111 I would fear for my health and everybody else's who has to use Whitehill!
