Our experience has been great! The journey just began for my son. Everyone has been professional, kind, and caring. I would highly recommend Whitehead!
What I Will say is This Office/Staff supported me all the way to the end - They are there every step of the way. They are patient with you (even if you aren’t lol) they get the answers for you and they work with you. What more could you ask for! I felt like a case being solved. And soon to be a case closed! If you’re looking for an orthodontist that truly goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Whitehead Orthodontics enough. Monday morning around 7:45am, I got a call that they had a cancellation and asked if I could come in to get my braces removed… 2.5 months early. Dr. Whitehead treated me for few years leaving me with a severely problematic bite, worse than when I started, and misalignment. He removed my braces before treatment was complete and attempted to finish with his in house clear aligners, which made everything worse. When I made a review explaining this, he called me and asked to come back and fix it.
