They called 3 months after I picked up my vehicle and said they had a “final bill” that wasn’t paid. Called my insurance and they said they never received said bill beside the first bill, that was paid. Now they are refusing to send in the final bill to insurance but have given 7 days for me to pay said “final bill”. Since when does a professional business provide 1 bill to the insurance but then another after the vehicle has left the property and they’ve been paid?
