I called Whitehead to ask them to come to my house and help with an electrical problem. I spoke with Jody. He was very knowledgeable and understood what I was trying to explain. Before he quoted me to repair the problem he guided me to do a few other checks first. Following his instructions I was able to get the problem fixed in less than two hours, at zero cost.
