Property itself is in a really solid location and the layout of the house is great for a large group of people. Only downside is that the technology inside the house is fairly dated AND when we were there, the aircon wasn’t working despite us trying to call the host support number to resolve.
The house was very tired and many appliances not working. The spa was not working, one of the toilets couldn’t be used. The toaster was broken. The cleaning of the external property was disappointing with tables dirty and nothing to clean them. Only 2 tea bags and 2 sugars for 10 guests and a coffee pod machine available with no pods. The cupboard where all the glasses were kept was broken and dirty so we had to wash the glasses. The glass around the windows and stairs was grubby on the entry level.
