I like this company. They are reliable and keep our generator running like a Cadillac
Our Generator quit working during our latest power outage while we were having below freezing weather. Although they were unable to come out due to road closures they did walk me thru some trouble shooting procedures and followed several time. Luckily the power outage only lasted a few hours. A technician was dispatched the next morning and were able to replace a faulty part. Great customer service .
After reviewing many companies who install Generac generators, I decided to go with Chris & Chantal at Whitehart Energy and I couldn't be more pleased. They were amazing from beginning to end and I don't say that lightly. The installation was very professional. Chris and his team were so nice and informative.
