Austin Bartose performed inspection on our Generac system. He inspected wiring and then ran. The unit to ensure all was operational. He then cleaned up the site and went over his findings. Austin is very thorough and makes sure there are no questions about your system . Very pleased with his performance and as well the overall performance of Whiteheart Energy.
Whitehart Energy detected a mechanical failure using their internet system monitoring. They immediately came to my ranch and performed an onsite inspection. Their inspection revealed the failure and they repaired it immediately.
Whiteheart Energy not only reset my Generator panel for no charge but they also installed a whole house surge protector for a very reasonable cost to help ensure a lightening strike doesn’t shutdown the generator when i need it the most.

They've been maintaining and repairing our Generac generators for about a year, and their team has always been super knowledgeable and professional. They are able to respond quickly using remote monitoring, they communicate well, and keep our equipment running reliably.
