We couldn't be happier that we chose Whitehart Energy for all of our Generac generator needs, from initial installation to on-going maintenance. We completely trust Whitehart Energy for their honesty, expertise, and experience. Our generator has successfully operated EVERY time we lost power from the power company. Also, everyone from Whitehart Energy has been so polite and respectful, a complete joy to us.
Whitehart has been fantastic to work with. They are certified with Generac to provide service and that was immensely helpful when we needed a fix that was under warranty. They knew exactly how to file the claim. We now have their ongoing maintenance service and it such a relief to know that they are coming out twice a year to check everything and make sure we are in good shape in case we need to rely on the generator.
