My family has been taking their pets here for 4 years and they drive from Minneapolis to the Whitehall Pet Practice. The veterinarian is kind and is very knowledgeable. The morning staff were friendly, however, the afternoon staff were rude and condescending. My family were informed they should have looked at the website for information. I do not know about you, but when you have a sick pet the focus is on bringing the pet in not looking at a website. Our family pet suffered a large laceration, towards the end of the day and they were able to fit us in, however that was the beinging of the end, the “after hours and emergency fees” were unbelievable, but it was to late in the day to explorer other options, they called 10min after they closed and said everything went great with the “after hours surgery”. We were given our cat and the bill the following day, WOW, hundreds of dollars in extra cost for “after hours” surgery and treatment and hundreds more for everything else.... read more
Wonderful caring staff! Easy to get appointments. Can't thank the staff enough for how well they have treated both my dogs and the concern they show when they have been injured or ill.
