They were an hour late arriving for my appointment. The first woman working in the office was unprofessional and rude. She did not speak to me even to give us an update as to when the person would arrive for our appointment. Her appearance was sloppy and was accented by her wearing sunglasses on the top of her head. When I asked her what was going on she gave minimal update and acted as if I was annoying her. This was one of the worst evaluations I’ve ever had. The exam was done in what felt like a glorified closet with zero privacy. The provider was dismissive, rushed, and made comments that came off as biased before even completing the exam. The physical exam was rough and painful, with no regard for my discomfort. I’ve had many evaluations handled professionally elsewhere, so there’s no excuse for how poorly this location is run. I would not recommend this place to any veteran.
