Beautiful homes yet to many guidelines and a plethora of restrictions…. tons of issues with the house all rectified but, over a 3 year period . Bylaws absolutely ridiculous…can’t even change the color of your front door we didn’t do our due diligence with review prior to buying
Have been living here for over 2 years and still the builder has not had a solution to bare hills in the rear yards of many homes!! Drive thru and look before you purchase!!
5 star review for Bernice and the staff at Whitehall Gardens. My wife and I visited many active adult communties before we decided to purchase in Whitehall Gardens. It was an easy decision! Bruce Paparone builds a beautiful home. There is a 5-year tax abatement, low HOA fee and all the homesites backs up to open space. We are thrilled to be part of this community . Bob and Elaine
