I recently had an unfortunate experience with Oli Ortiz, the maintenance man. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite my polite requests for assistance, he responded curtly and seemed irritated by even simple questions. This level of disrespect and lack of customer service is unacceptable.
First, the staff at the Whitehall is superb--courteous and knowledgeable. But the Director of Residents' Administration, Ledi Jahja, is among the finest professionals I've encountered in many years of living in condominiums in DC, Maryland, and abroad. She welcomes everyone individually (three couples moved in on one day recently) and is always available for any question or concern, no matter how small. Great place to live. 2 parking places, pool in the summer and walkable to everything you need to include work if you’re at Walter Reed or NIH. Quiet community with cordial neighbors. Amazon delivery hub to accommodate most deliveries. Manned concierge from 5a-11pm. The maintenance staff are very polite and have prompt turn around if something needs to be tended to in your condo.
Polite staff.. affordable and beautiful apartments and great walkability!
