It's a nice clean place with not a lot of noise.
The worst apartment complex to move into. Maintenance man walks into house any time for no reason I’ve caught him in the house. None of the gym equipment we pay for works it’s broke and ran down. The elder people are rude to children. Over priced and my floor has been sinking in since before I moved in.
We love living here in Whitehall Manor. Beautiful building, nicest apartments in Cleveland Ga. When we first moved in, there wasn't a manager here 99% of the time! But, we finally got a new manager Michelle) & she is the best! She is always just a text away at anytime, eveything gets done now in a reasonable amount of time! The grounds are looking much better too! She has shaped this place up so much in small amount of time & I feel there will be a lot more improvements to come. Ty! Michelle
Michelle the office manager is great, we are lucky to have her, she has organized the office and keeps things in order. I have never had any problems with the neighbors or any trouble of any kind and I’ve lived here almost 3 years.
