This place charged me around $200 for my dryer not heating. The technician came out and explained to me that getting the LG part would be time consuming and told me that he can put an aftermarket part on that “really doesn’t go with this dryer” while the part is ordered. I asked him if this would be ok. Didn’t sound ok. He said yes! He said as a matter of fact I could save money and keep this part on and if anything were to EVER go wrong. Great service, quick response.
I had an appointment for the hours 7am to 11am. By 10:20am I had not heard anything. (Mind you I have been up since 7am.) I spoke with a rep that put me on hold to call the repairman. During that time the line was disconnected. I was calling them and they was calling me is probably what happened. Anyways fortunately the missed calls did show starting after 10:20 am.
