Unfortunately my experience with them has been very poor recently, wasn’t expecting such a way to treat a long term tenant who has been very cooperative throughout the tenancy period and is doing his best to work with you to find a new tenant after changing in my situation!!!
I cannot thank Georgia enough for her patience and perseverance in seeing the sale of my property through. It wasn't easy but she kept us updated and well informed, when other means of communication seemed to be failing. Thank you Georgia and your team you are an asset to whitegates and I only hope they appreciate you as much as we do.
I have had some dealings with Whitegates in Huddersfield in the past, though on the rental side. I always found them to be responsive and helpful, so when I had to sell my parents' house, they were an obvious choice to consider. Again, I found them very responsive and they offered good value (especially with a 'returning customer' discount. Once all the paperwork was completed, I was able to let them take the reigns. Worst service. Employees talk very rudely. They don’t care about the customers.
Very disappointed with this letting company. Poor communication and slow to respond to issues. Would not recommend
