Driver for Werner, went in for transmission shift lever and asked them to check my fridge 12v outlet as it was in-op, this was on a Friday. First estimate was 3 days due to snowstorm, but they at least had the part in stock. Called on day 3, they said 1-2 more days. Waited 3 more days and was about to head down to pick up the truck but called before hand and found out the truck still wasn't ready and wouldn't be for another day or two, asked for someone to call and explain, never got a call.
