Whitefoots food is amazing and services is wonderful, highly recommend them!!
Honestly awful. Poor communicators. Did the unthinkable to a bride and groom by not showing up to their 300+ person reception. Whitefoot’s said they sent a text message to confirm the event the Monday and Tuesday before the wedding with no response and assumed that no response meant their services were no longer needed. Never spoke to a live body before deciding not to show up. Turns out the phone number that was texted was not the correct number to mother of the bride or anyone associated with this wedding.
