I’ve seen Rachel at Whitefish Wellness twice for massages recently and would highly recommend her. I am recovering from a knee injury and she was great about checking in re my comfort level throughout the massage with respect to my injury. I think the massages are really helping the muscles throughout my leg loosen up and they have been very tight because of the injury. I will be going back for sure!
Had a truly wonderful experience with Kaia. She worked on some hip and SI problems I’ve had for over 5 years and in one session I’m already seeing fantastic results and significantly less pain in my lower back. Will be returning and will recommend everyone I know to see her as well.
Rachel cares about my ailments so that she can pinpoint and maximize feeling better quickly. I made appointments for my family of four to get the 30 minute “quick tune up” massages after a few days on the mountain. Feeling better already and glad we did it!
Booked a 2-hour massage with Darci yesterday & would have stayed all day if she had the time & I had the money (is that a country song?}. Arguably one one of the best massages I've had (and I've had a lot). Great personality/presence, attention to detail, wonderful technique, pressure & movements. Being in from out-of-town, she took the time to share some upcoming goings-on in the town which was a thoughtful touch. The Good Medicine Lodge recommended them, and now I can see why. :)
I've had loads of physical therapy, massage, and body work over the years due to several serious, chronic injuries, and have struggled to find a great massage therapist who had the skill and knowledge to handle all of them. Until I found Kaia! I've been using her now for several months, and she is amazing. She asks questions, comes up with a game plan, and executes it with precision.
