I signed up for the new car wash subscription service. On January 30, and I was mistakenly charged for three subscriptions. I understand that mistakes happen, so I called right away and was asked to email proof of the three charges, which I did—twice, a few days apart. My initial experience here was awful. I was so upset. Somehow their system glitched and allowed me to buy a wash pass after hours, but it wouldn't let me in. Management was responsive and helped me get things worked out. Since then I've used it without issue and it seems to do a pretty good job.
The auto car wash nozzles might need adjustment, those are stripes of mud it left all the way around my truck
Great pet wash! Helpful staff and fully stocked with shampoo/ conditioner and clean towels to use! Highly recommend
This place sucks. I wish I could review the car wash but I can't. After they took my money and told me to pull forward into the wash, the door wouldn't open. I called both numbers and left messages... nobody bothered to call back. Don't waste your money or time here!
