DO NOT RENT HERE Water leaked directly through the roof and ruined all my furniture. Have renters insurance because they have no accountability, but when all your stuff is ruined, they will not return calls or emails to your insurance company and your claim will be denied. This will take months. Never a problem accessing my unit and felt the premises were monitored well.

Dan, the fellow who helped us set up our unit and show us the facility was so pleasant and helpful to deal with that it took us aback. Our experience was great many times over.
