Customer service was great! I was able to reach out and hear back within reason. I would rent another unit in the future if necessary!!!
Very happy with the month of storage that I rented here. Clean, efficient, and the folks who live on property even helped me move a large item that I wouldn't have been able to move without them!
DO NOT RENT HERE Water leaked directly through the roof and ruined all my furniture. Have renters insurance because they have no accountability, but when all your stuff is ruined, they will not return calls or emails to your insurance company and your claim will be denied. This will take months. They also knew this roof leaked because they had been on a three way call with the property manager and the caretaker “could it be one of those units” “maybe” - not sure if they knew I was on the line.
