I rarely leave bad reviews, but the customer service here has been consistently disappointing. After unreturned calls and emails during COVID, I recently stopped in to open an account. I was told the representative was in a meeting and to come back the next day. When I returned, she was fully booked all day, even though no one mentioned needing an appointment beforehand. This lack of communication makes me worried about getting help when something time-sensitive comes up.

I’ve had a great experience with the team here. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They take the time to answer questions, explain options clearly, and make banking feel personal rather than transactional. It’s refreshing to work with people who truly care about their members. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, community-focused credit union.

I would say the only down side is that they don't offer checks for your checking account. They do offer visa debit cards. I love going into the lobby where there is always someone there to help me. Very friendly and kind people. They always give my kids things to do or little treats. We have worked with Stephanie a couple times and she is amazing.
