I’ve had a great experience with the team here. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They take the time to answer questions, explain options clearly, and make banking feel personal rather than transactional. It’s refreshing to work with people who truly care about their members. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, community-focused credit union.
I would say the only down side is that they don't offer checks for your checking account. They do offer visa debit cards. I love going into the lobby where there is always someone there to help me. Very friendly and kind people. They always give my kids things to do or little treats. We have worked with Stephanie a couple times and she is amazing.
