My family and I recently stayed in Sep ‘25 at this hotel, and while there were aspects we enjoyed—such as the pleasant atmosphere and thoughtful amenities—there were also several issues that affected our stay. When we checked into our room, we found some cleanliness concerns: dirty clothes in the laundry basket, hair on the bathroom floor, and an unclean commode tank lid.
