I stayed at this place with my wife for two days. Regarding the breakfast — since we don’t eat pork, it wasn’t very suitable for us, as the two hot dishes available both contained pork. At check-in, we were informed about a $500 deposit. We were told that it would be refunded within 2 to 7 days after checkout. However, today is already the 14th day, and we still haven’t received the refund. I had a great time! Rooms were clean. Food was great. I got a deep tissue massage. Amazing. Pool and hot tubs were great. Overall just a great experience. The overall feel of the "log cabin" vibe was a treat.

After 6 previous visits, this visit two days ago was enough that we left our family vacation a day early and will never return again. There were issues with the room from the second we arrived, and every call to management ended with empty promises and incompetent staff. The place has lost what it used to be, and its become a 3-star resort at best that needs to upgrade amenities, thoroughly clean, and hire staff that is friendly and competent in the hospitality business.
