Extremely disappointed, we were charged $560 for a non complicated married couple this year. We noticed a missing paper and they charged us an additional $100! $660+ dollars for a non complicated married couples taxes. Several years ago one of my kids taxes were so messed up I knew to stop going here. This will be the last year for us!
Not happy with how I was treated by staff & staff mixed my mother’s information with my information. They would not listen to what I was saying & insisted I included my mother’s information with mine. Earlier in the year I took information regarding my mother’s tax return to the offices of WSSR & at that time told staff who the information was to be given to & that the information was for my mother’s (gave staff her name) tax report.
