The Whitecloud team is the greatest They went above and beyond for the needed repairs on the motorhome. They had the estimates so fast Kept me informed every step of the way. They also checked out a few smaller concerns that l asked them to look at if they had time and they took care of them no problem. It’s so nice to have a garage that you can trust their word and work.
We've had nothing but positive experiences with Whitecloud. The staff are friendly, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. We trust them with all of our mechanical work. Even our son-in-law, who is a retired mechanic and has since moved on to another career, brings his own vehicle to Whitecloud because he no longer has the time to do the repairs himself. I read the reviews before making my initial call to the shop. *just a reminder not all reviews are right! Once I spoke with Jade, I knew I made the right call! Not only did her and the mechanics supply me with a great price on the quote, but they got my vehicle in quickly, fixed it fantastically and had such great customer service! Highly recommend this small town shop! They are awesome! And will be going back should I need!
This place is so amazing. They always go above and beyond to help their customers. Nothing but respect and appreciation for them and all they do. Their pricing is also the best in town! They were able to fit me in on short notice which I really appreciate. Thank you Whitecloud!
Had my truck into the shop at two different places 4 times in the last 3 months with the same problem every time. Went to Whitecloud this time, and the problem was found and repaired in 2 days! They did not just put in parts, they actually took time to find the problem!! Great service! The girls at the front are awesome and keep you informed of what’s happening. Highly recommended!!
