Booked a 48 hour PCR test, arrived at testing location to find no nurses available - sent to the next available Whitecap location 2 hours away instead. Didn’t receive test results until 54 hours later when facing a $15,000 charge to rebook flights after original results did not turn up. Staff very helpful but company unable to cope with the demands of covid testing to a timescale
The place was moved to a different location wothout adequate signs on the road. Turn left towards the ONEC at the cross roads of airport exit and corporate/short term parking and airport entrance. It is the third building on your right with orange roof.
Go to 4335 not 4401 as the place has changed
