Did a tour of this place. It is going to be a lovely place off the gulf with access from houses in the community via your boat. Personal docs and loaded with amenities.
It was windy as heck and the jetty was hard to navigate due to the wind and crashing waves and the gulf is making the beach impassable by the high tides reaching that dunes and sea wall. Lots of rain up north and now we have thunderstorms as well. Good news is, it’s filling our rivers, the bay in rockport and helping a serious drought.
