The staff are very accommodating and patient, considering my intellectual disabilities and neurodivergence it can be hard to find places that are kind and caring when I make mistakes and struggle. Wish more medical centres were like Whitebridge Medical Centre.

I have seen both Dr. Vim and Dr. White (depending on availability), and they were both empathetic, non-judgemental, incredibly thorough and professional. I’ve also been taking my child here since she was 4 months old for routine vaccinations and checks, and the Maternal and Child Health RN Kate is fantastic. In regard to the appointment costs; you get what you pay for, and in this case, it is quality healthcare. Highly recommend.
I Rang regarding a mental health issue and thank you to the girl who was extremely helpful and gave me all the numbers to help me during a very stressful time, where as all the other medical centres were dismissive, can’t remember her name but thank you
