I have just returned from a Great 3 day Property Development seminar hosted by Lloyd and Andy ,there is a plethora of companies offering training in this arena but i chose Whitebox because none of thier videos even implied they could offer advice that would turn you into an overnight multi millionaire . Andi & Lloyd have certainly helped me since we met in 2017, providing valuable information, support and mentoring. In my opinion they are the good guys in property, I highly recommend.
Brilliant all round I completed their Property Developers Secrets course, it is brilliant and I would highly recommend it! They have a lot of free evening webinars/ discussions, so if you are unsure, join one of them and join in, you will see that they are genuine guys and very helpful!
