I had the pleasure of renting with White Arch, Roula being my main point of contact. She was always a friendly face at inspections, professional, lovely to speak with and truly great at what she does. Ashby has built a strong team at White Arch and it shows. I recently sold my second property with Ashby in 24 months (Mount Lawley home and block of land in North Perth most recently). Both sales were very smooth and he had multiple, strong written offers extremely quickly in both cases.
