The designer is paired with a contractor, so the contractor you get is because of the contractor she has chosen to work with. My experience with the designer and the contractor(who subsequently went out of business) was fraught with poor communication and lack of supervision. There were delays, mistakes and little oversight by the designer or the general contractor. The cabinets, though very costly, were no better than ones from a big box store. I had to resort to anger and legal threats to get the job to the finish line.

Cindy at White Wood Kitchens was truly fantastic throughout our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project. She was organized, professional and patient, everything you would want in a kitchen specialist. She made picking out the counter tops easy and fun, instead of completely overwhelming. She stayed on top of our bathroom project when I was feeling disorganized. The project turned our beautifully in part due to Cindy! Thank you!

Our kitchen was desperate, outdated, awkward and cramped! So we started looking for designs and quotes. Most were mediocre designs and several people never even called us back!
