Great well kitted out gym for CrossFit, Hyrox and Weightlifting. It even has a great bodybuilding area upstairs with pulley machines which is unique for a CrossFit gym. Open gym runs all day as well if you can't make the classes.
Whitewolf is a class gym and an incredible community of very supportive people and v sound coaches. I am so grateful that I found this gym a few years ago, I have honestly met some of the best people here and made a few gains along the way I guess - give it a go you won’t regret it ❤️🔥
White Wolf is a fantastic CrossFit and Hyrox gym in Lisburn. The coaching staff are all incredibly friendly and always go out of your way to make sure you're technique is correct, you feel welcome and you're having fun. I've been to other CrossFit gyms before where everyone is just left to work it out on your own with little support - White Wolf is the exact opposite. Good programming, very friendly staff, great community within the gym.
An old friend told me about WW 8 years ago.. it took me a year to actually go and about a month to actually like it, but after that month, I couldn’t live without it.. The coaching team are awesome - and just the right balance between laid back and expert, that I appreciate. The physical / mental and social health of myself is truly down to my past decade attending WW..
