Matt was very knowledgeable when i needed him, tho the reason for the low amount of stars is due to once I made my final payment service stopped. During my case we negotiated returning of an item with court but never was told how I would receive item. When I called him he said he would look into. Month went by and I thought well he probably just busy so I called and was told he would again look into it. Again either I was forgotten about or just wasn't a priority. I ended up losing item which was close to a 1000 dollar item.... read more
Highly recommended. The individual that helped me on the phone was very helpful and insured that I didn’t have to pay thousands out-of-pocket to retain an attorney. She help me figure things out, out of the kindness of her own heart, and I truly appreciate it.
