Matt was very knowledgeable when i needed him, tho the reason for the low amount of stars is due to once I made my final payment service stopped. During my case we negotiated returning of an item with court but never was told how I would receive item. When I called him he said he would look into. Month went by and I thought well he probably just busy so I called and was told he would again look into it. Again either I was forgotten about or just wasn't a priority.
