She is truly skilled in her craft and her techniques were effective in helping to release my shoulder pain. She is also very caring and attentive, making sure to work on the areas that I needed the most help with. I consulted White Wind Wellness based on recommendation from a friend and I’m very glad I did. The location was easily accessible with plenty of parking. Very clean and lit space and the therapist was friendly and welcoming. After listening patiently to my recurring back issues due to hours of sitting for work and a few follow up questions, I was suggested the trigger point therapy and it did wonders.
