The dr does not provide help, answers or seems concerned at all. The office staff is terrible!
Don’t bother.
Oh gee, they cancelled my appointment EXACTLY 24 hrs before the scheduled time. They claimed they are "short staffed" - WOW I was expecting to see a DOCTOR not a stupid staff member!!! They referred me to a place in P'cola. Hmmm could this be because they didn't want to accept my VA Outpatient medical insurance??? Seems ALL sectors of White Wilson SUCK.
Ashley Cusson is the worst doctor ever. She told me that Philips didn't have to tell us of those recalls. She is leaving but they haven't responded to me for I need oxygen tanks and they are ignoring me and not returning any of my phone calls yet they scheduled me for a new doctor n Dec. 17. Hopefully I still be alive by then
Do your best to find another place for pulmonary health.
