The reception ladies have a lot to learn about how to present a positive and engaging charisma since they are dealing with people with pain. Not a smile or a nice welcome. What a poor way to receive patients.
The office will not answer the phone and requires you to leave a message for call back. This in my honest opinion, is a very poor and unprofessional way to do business. If the business can't afford a receptionist, what other corners are being cut with the service.
I honestly would not send my dog to this clinic. They made me drive all the way from Destin to Pensacola and back to pick up medical records, which was fine. Then, I'm waiting to hear if I'm approved for new patient, and they tell me Dr. Hughes wanted me to see Ortho first. These idiots have delayed my Pain Management one month unnecessarily.
