Only giving 3 stars because front desk, nurses and doctors were great and I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for Janet, 1 star for Janet who did my EEG. She claimed I could reverse my disability and work again if I just eat healthy then went on to say no you can’t just be strict you have to be determined to never have sugar ever again. I saw Stephanie Wilson today.I saw Stephanie Wilson today First time I have seen her. She is fairly new. She taught me many things that I had not learned yet. I understand my conditions and the possible treatment and testing much better now. I understand my conditions and the possible treatment and testing much better now She is very knowledgeable and a good communicator. She also spent a lot of time with me. She gets an a plus yes.

Provider refused to order diagnostics (or perform actual physical neurological eval in the office) twice over two visits in 3 months despite me having a significant neuro history via Mayo Clinic and Mass General Hospital...and presenting with new symptoms. Was rude and condescending when wife said if you don't feel inclined order anything then let her know and she will return to Mayo. Should have known there was a reason the reviews showed only 2.7, but gave benefit of the doubt...

Dr Fred Aubert was fabulous. He listened and made referrals based on my needs and clearly explained what the next steps would be and did not go straight to prescribing medication as others have done. As a patient I felt like he listened and made genuine recommendations and referrals, I did not feel like a number. I am so thankful I found Dr Fred Aubert!
