Took my 2 year old for blood work - they were sweet to her, fast and she didn’t even flinch. They got her vein the first time. Super gentle, and let her pick out stickers and color bandaids. Will use again if we ever need labs done! Took about 15 min from check in to walking out.

Worse policy ever. Need labs done? You must have an appointment. It would be great if the doctor appointments would also schedule the lab appointment.

Terrible at all levels. Paperwork from gastroenterology not ready, was advised to go get it myself. Later learned from the rude, unprofessional lab tech that she didn’t want to call bc gastro “never answers their phone.” Gastro clueless when I got there, I had to demand to see their supervisor. An extra hour out of my day bc these two departments don’t talk to each other and it’s easier to make the patient do their work for them. And the lab manager refused to talk to me. Terrible, at ALL levels.

Waited over 90 minutes for preoperative labs. Not overly busy. Watched more than 15 people jump ahead of me. Nobody talked to me or asked why I was still here. Checked in early and they told me I didn't need to do anything else. Maybe short staffed. Maybe working hard. Poorly run overall.

These people do not know how to find a vein & make completely unprofessional comments in front of their patients. Do not go here, or take your children here, or your aged parents.
