The receptionist at Imaging/CT does not have the need to be respectful, nor nice. It starts off uncomfortable when the first person of contact, in this case Ms Diana is rude to a patient. Even after saying good morning again, maybe she did not hear correctly, she abruptly switched to more disrespectful behavior. The ultrasound and CT technician were absolutely fantastic. My uneasiness was settled by their confident and understanding nature. Would definitely recommend the imaging department oh and Dr Mills was great too. Thank you so much!!
