The ultrasound and CT technician were absolutely fantastic. My uneasiness was settled by their confident and understanding nature. Would definitely recommend the imaging department oh and Dr Mills was great too. Thank you so much!!

I just had the most rude receptionist ever.she cut me off midsentense 3 times and was very very short.

In-Person customer service was great, answering phone calls is weird. No matter what number I called I always ended up with the same nurses voicemail. X-Ray receptionists were kind and helpful. Xray tech was kind and procedure was fast. Outdoor signs were confusing to me.

I called for an appointment. I informed them I had an order from my specialist. They refused to give me an appointment because I needed my family doctor to give the order. No help, no guidance. She did say I could get an X-ray from another facility across the street! Big waste of time.

Only ever answered the phone once in four weeks. Never calls back when I leave a message. They never tried calling to schedule the initial appointment even when the referral for the scan was from White Wilson physicians. I tried the e-mail provided, but they don’t respond either. Not impressed with White Wilson.
