White Whispers Day Spa I went here on a couple occasions to get my nails done and to get a message. They did a wonderful job on my nails. They were exceptionally nice and professional. They laughed with their customers and made them feel at home. The message was something I wanted to last forever as it made me just relax and forget about everything. I would definately say you need to visit this place.
Services withheld-- monies lost My daughter gave me a certificate for a massage (3rd yr) but had not been able to get in touch with them.The building on route 5 appears to be vacant so I contacted the BBB, it seems they have had unresolved complaints against them. I am trying to find a recourse, if we have one, to get the monies refunded. I feel this business cheated all of us, my daughter $50.00 and what about you? How much did you lose on your certificate? White Whispers RIP OFF SCUM! I also received a gift certificate for mothers day - $65 worth of one. I called in July to schedule an appointment, got the answering machine, left a message. No response. Called again, inbox was full. My sister also has the same problem. I heard all of this stuff that the owner Valerie Slocum was dying of cancer - a rumor i found out later. I contacted the attorney generals office, filed a complaint. They knew the name of the business without me even telling them! I got a response last week. App... read more
Where did White Whispers go? I have had great experience with WWDS in the past. However, my husband purchased a gift certificate for me for Mother's Day. It was for a "foot lovers massage," whatever that means. Anyway, I scheduled an appt. with them. A few days later, they called to cancel the appt. and ask me to reschedule. I have called them THREE TIMES in the past week and left messages with a voice mail messaging system. Today I tried again, and I got the message that their inbox is full. What is going on?!
