Lousy pressing I brought expensive wool slacks to this cleaning and, even though wool slacks aren't supposed to be shiny, this cleaner overpressed the slacks and made them shiny, shiny, shiny. If I wanted slacks that look like polyester, I would buy polyester. Talking to the owner didn't help a bit so I never went back.
