Dr White is by far the nicest fella around and his smile is contagious! The young man at check is an absolute delight as well! I can't say the same for the lady upfront, maybe the office manager, she seems extremely bothered by every patient. Needs help w her "bedside manner".
I hate to make this review negative even though 1 year ago I was happy with my treatment plan and with Dr.White but I have to say the front desk people are very unprofessional and not helpful at all! I went up there to my appointment 5 minutes early and I was sent to the waiting room and I had to wait in the waiting room for about 30 to 35 minutes not counting me already coming in early mind you I had to go back to work. I went to the office in Gastonia years back. I called the office to tell them about a problem. I had moved to the hky area. Keep in mind my service was paid off. No one from the office called me back!! I had even paid more then what I was supposed to pay in the booklet they give you. I was doing self pay each month. The lady I do believe was Dawn at the front desk, now this has been some years bk so I could be wrong. She stated they would work it out at the end.
