I hate to make this review negative even though 1 year ago I was happy with my treatment plan and with Dr.White but I have to say the front desk people are very unprofessional and not helpful at all! I went up there to my appointment 5 minutes early and I was sent to the waiting room and I had to wait in the waiting room for about 30 to 35 minutes not counting me already coming in early mind you I had to go back to work. I went to the office in Gastonia years back. I called the office to tell them about a problem. I had moved to the hky area. Keep in mind my service was paid off. No one from the office called me back!! I had even paid more then what I was supposed to pay in the booklet they give you. I was doing self pay each month. The lady I do believe was Dawn at the front desk, now this has been some years bk so I could be wrong. She stated they would work it out at the end. Dr. White was amazing with my son. Helped him not be so anxious about the appointment.
Over20 years later still the best customer service and has kept my smile at perfection. I needed to upgrade my retainer. I had the same one since I was 17 needed a few minor adjustments. All my life people have asked me about the secret behind my smile lol here you go thank you so much Dr white
