Horrible service took my truck here for them to put on new wheels tires and an alignment they came up with all kind of excuses as to why they couldn’t do it told me it would take 2-3 hours I dropped it off at 8:15 am and had to call them at 2 pm to check on my truck and they had just put it on the lift I have been going here for awhile and I will never go back they told me my ball joints were bad so they said I couldn’t do an alignment and I took it to 4 other places after I left there and everyone else said they were good t... read more

Friendly, knowledgeable and honest! I was on my way to a doctors appt in asheville and the front end of my subaru was making strange sounds. I pulled in and they put it on the rack, checked the brakes and tires, and then test drove it. They said it would be safe to drive to my mechanic in Black Mt. And yes, it was a minor problem with a rubber piece on the brakes. Thank you Keith Jarvis and crew.
Nice, helpful, and super knowledgable. Our go to guys for the daily driver, race car, and haul vehicle.
