I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the recent service provided for my wife's vehicle. The car was brought in on Monday morning, May 7, 2025, for an air conditioner inspection. I was assured that the issue would be diagnosed promptly and that I would be kept informed of the progress. Came here to get 2 new tires today (5/10/25) everyone was very nice and professional. When I drove off there was a clanking sound that was not there before I immediately took it back and told them. They did not dismiss me and actually had someone take a look at the car. The staff was great and the service was great too. They got it all fixed with no hassle. Would 100% come back here again.
