Followed Master Smith from the NAC. His program is spectacular and so are the other instructors. Great for young kids to adults. My daughter just recently got her Black Belt at age 10.
Excellent experience!! My children love it. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Bob is very disciplined but very friendly.
